Founded in 1979 by Vince Putrino, our company began with a simple philosophy: provide property owners with knowledgeable, dependable and personal management while treating every investment with the care it deserves.
More than four decades later, that philosophy continues through the next generations of the Putrino family.
Today, ADvance INvestments combines decades of local real estate experience with modern property management technology to serve rental property owners throughout Burbank, Glendale, Los Angeles County and California's Central Coast.

In 1979, Vince Putrino founded ADvance INvestments in Burbank after helping friends and family successfully manage their rental properties.
What began as a local family business grew through decades of hands-on experience, long-term client relationships and a commitment to responsible real estate management.
Over the years, that knowledge was passed from one generation to the next. Today, Dino and Dante Putrino continue the foundation Vince built while evolving the company with modern property management systems, technology and strategies for today's California rental market.
While the tools have changed since 1979, our approach has not: know the property, know the market, communicate with the owner and protect the investment.
