Our Team
Dante Putrino
Broker | Third Generation
As the third generation of the Putrino family to lead ADvance INvestments, Dante carries forward the real estate legacy established by his grandfather, Vince Putrino, in 1979.
Raised around real estate and property management, Dante learned the business firsthand from both his grandfather and father. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations of ADvance INvestments with a focus on hands-on property management, client communication, investment performance and the continued growth of the family business.
Dante earned his degree in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Outside of real estate, Dante enjoys surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing and spending time with family.
Dino Putrino
Consultant | Second Generation
Dino Putrino represents the second generation of the Putrino family at ADvance INvestments, carrying forward the foundation established by his father, Vince.
Through decades of involvement in the family business, Dino has developed extensive experience in real estate, property operations and the responsibilities that come with owning and managing investment property.
Today, he continues to provide experience and guidance while helping the next generation carry ADvance INvestments forward.
For Dino, the greatest accomplishment is seeing the company his father created continue through his children and watching the family's values remain at the center of the business.
CallaBria Putrino
Operations | Third Generation
CallaBria is proud to work alongside her brother, Dante, as the third generation of the Putrino family continues the legacy of ADvance INvestments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, as well as an MBA from Western Illinois University, bringing a diverse background and strong work ethic to the family business.
Although property management is a shift from her previous career in swine production, CallaBria has embraced the opportunity to learn the real estate and property management business while contributing to the continued growth of the company.
Outside of work, CallaBria remains connected to the agricultural industry through swine trade shows. In her free time, she enjoys classic films, country concerts, spending time with friends, and exploring antique shops in new towns.
Cindy Putrino
Administrative Support | Client & Tenant Relations
As an integral part of the ADvance INvestments team, Cindy’s primary focus has been ensuring everyone has the tools, resources, and support needed to provide exceptional service to clients and tenants. She takes pride in helping maintain a collaborative and efficient environment that allows the team to perform at its best.
For the past five years, Cindy has shown tremendous strength and resilience while battling cancer. She has currently stepped away from her day-to-day role to focus on her health, but she remains an important part of the ADvance INvestments family and the support behind the team.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys traveling to new destinations, reading, tending to her garden, and spending time with her family.
Alli Mundee
Accounting & Office Administrator
Alli has been an important part of the ADvance INvestments family and plays a key role in keeping the company’s day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.
She handles much of the company’s accounting and administrative work, including invoicing, recordkeeping, filing, AppFolio management, and office organization. Her attention to detail and organization help ensure that the behind-the-scenes operations of ADvance INvestments remain accurate, efficient, and well organized.
Alli has become a valued part of the team and an important part of the daily operations that support our properties, owners, and residents.
Vince Putrino
Founder | 1928–2025
Even at 96 years old, Vince’s passion for real estate never faded. What began as a career in investing grew into something far more meaningful—a family business built to last for generations.
As the founder of ADvance INvestments, Vince believed that the knowledge and opportunities he gained throughout his life were meant to be shared. He took great pride in passing that experience on to his son, Dino, his grandson, Dante, and his granddaughter, CallaBria, while always appreciating the support of his daughter-in-law, Cindy. He was equally proud of the relationships he built with clients, many of whom became part of the extended ADvance INvestments family.
Vince believed strongly in building and preserving wealth through real estate, but for him, success was about more than what he could accomplish personally. It was about creating something his family could continue, strengthen, and pass on to future generations.
One of his greatest joys later in life was watching the company he founded in 1979 continue to grow. Seeing his son and grandson work side-by-side, managing the day-to-day operations and carrying forward the principles he established, gave him tremendous pride.
Vince’s influence remains at the heart of ADvance INvestments today. His values, knowledge, work ethic, and love for his family continue to guide the company he built and the generations carrying his vision forward.
