If you have any maintenance or service requests, whether urgent or non-urgent, please submit them through your AppFolio account. When submitting a request, include a detailed description of the issue along with photos to help us assess and address the matter efficiently.
For non-urgent maintenance requests, our team will respond within 1–3 business days. Urgent requests will be prioritized accordingly.
